Eighth International Yoga Day (June 21st 2022)

International yoga day with the theme “Yoga for Humanity” was observed to raise awareness about the importance and benefits of yoga.  Recognizing the health benefits of yoga, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA)  had passed a resolution declaring June 21st as the International Day of Yoga on December 11, 2014.
