Institution took pride in celebrating “Kannadotsava” in a grand manner  showing love and respect towards the language . Chief guest for the occasion  was Nadoja Dr Mahesh Joshi president of Kannada Sahitya Parishat who   appreciated the arrangements  of the event , discipline of the students and also applauded the staff and students for speaking Kannada very fluently. Hon’ble dignitaries Prof KR Iqbal Former Vice chancellor MANUU,  Prof   G Abdul Basheer Ahmed  author of many kannada books, and a regular columnist for newspaper  spoke on the occasion.  Students sang songs upholding the Kannada language and culture of Karnataka. Prof Mohammed Manzoor Nouman Principal Lal Bahadur Shastri First Grade College was felicitated on the occasion.
