Life skills are skills that help in dealing with everyday challenges and excellent communication skills are critical for success in your life and work. Critical, creative thinking, decision making, emotional attachment, interpersonal relationship, problem solving, self esteem, desire, respect are the main inputs for life skills  all these are guidelines accordingly by W.H.O for learning skills.  Mr  H K Damodar Rao coach and soft skill trainer  conducted a fruitful session on how these skills with motivation help the students to maintain a healthy body and mind and how these skills are more important both for professional as well as personal lives. The feedback received was overwhelming where students could understand a positive contribution by developing the expertise and experience they need to assert their rights and understand their responsibilities while preparing them for challenges and opportunities that they face in life.
