Teachers Day celebrations
To mark the great Teacher & Philosophist, Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan’s Birthday who served as the first Vice President of India (1952–1962) and the second President of India (1962–1967). Teachers Day was observed and celebrated on September 05, 2019 at 2.00 p.m. at the auditorium, both students & staff gathered joyfully for the celebrations, prizes were given to the staff members who won prizes in cultural and sports events. Dr KR Iqbal Ahmed Former Vice-Chancellor Maulana Azad National Urdu University a Central University located in the city of Hyderabad an governing council member of our college and Mr Riyaz Ahmed M Treasurer CMA Abbas Khan College and Treasurer Karnataka Baitul Haj Trust and Prof Sabiha Masroor former principal Abbas Khan Degree College and Governing Council member of our college were the guests who graced the occasion .
Three faculty members demonstrated for their continued professional growth and superior performance and who have developed a positive and productive relationship with colleagues, parents, staff, and students in addition to their routine teaching were felicitated on the occasion with cash awards sponsored by Corporator Rizwan Nawab,
Dr. Niloofar Mirza Assistant professor Department of Political Science and Research coordinator for imbibing a culture of research and innovation in the campus
Ms. Ayesha BB – IQAC Coordinator and Assistant professor Department of commerce and management for developing and implementing quality benchmarks for various academic and administrative activities of our institution.
Ms. Tabassum – Ms. Tabassum Assistant professor department of commerce and management and NSS programme officer for taking up the responsibilities of all NSS related activities in college as per the aim of NSS
Alhaj Abdul Rasheed popularly known as Chacha was also felicitated on his retirement, who served BET Institutions for 27 years.
